The readers of the specialized sporty automotive magazine “sport auto” (Motor Presse Stuttgart) have selected the Ghibli Diesel as the sportiest import vehicle with a diesel engine. The Ghibli has been chosen among 238 models in 25 categories.
Since 2013 Maserati has offered the Ghibli with an equally dynamic and economical V6 diesel that is homologated according to the new emission standard EURO 6d-TEMP.
In European markets, and in Germany in particular, the Ghibli Diesel has been a great success.
From 2013 to today almost 16,000 Maserati Ghibli has been produced at the AGAP factory (Avvocato Giovanni Agnelli Plant) in Grugliasco (TO).
